Jones Lang LaSalle Boosts Office and Industrial Brokerage Team in Cleveland

Firm hires Brian Conroy, Scott Pick and Jon Vanderplough

CLEVELAND, OH, March 25, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle has appointed Brian Conroy and Scott Pick as Senior Vice Presidents in the firm’s office brokerage team and Jon Vanderplough as Vice President in its industrial brokerage team. All three will be based in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Cleveland office and will represent clients in Northeast Ohio.

“Bringing on veterans Scott, Brian and Jon, we have a major force to deliver the depth of real estate services and expertise required by our growing private and public sector client base,” said Rob Roe, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Cleveland office.

Brian Conroy and Scott Pick join from UGL Equis where they co-managed the firm’s office in Cleveland. They have worked in commercial real estate for 12 and 11 years respectively.  In the last two years, Pick and Conroy closed more than 40 transactions totalling more than 800,000 square feet.  At Jones Lang LaSalle they will specialize in tenant representation and corporate advisory for the office sector.

Conroy is a graduate of the University of Toledo and holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing.   Pick holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University. 

Jon Vanderplough joins from Allegro Realty Advisors where he specialized in strategic planning and consultation and the execution of acquisition and dispositions nationally.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Wooster.  He has more than eight years of commercial real estate experience and is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association NAIOP.
