LevitZacks, Certified Public Accountants to Relocate within Downtown San Diego

JLL represents accounting firm in 14,424-square-foot office lease

SAN DIEGO, CALIF., Feb. 13, 2017JLL represented LevitZacks,  in a new 14,424-square-foot office lease at 450 B Tower, a Class A, 283,786-square-foot office building located at 450 B Street in downtown San Diego, California.  LevitZacks is relocating its headquarters from 701 B Street in downtown San Diego.

JLL's Joe Bernstein and Bill Fleck represented LevitZacks in the lease. The landlord, Bollert/LeBeau Inc., was represented by CBRE.  Julie Kilpatrick of JLL's Project and Development Services Group is overseeing build-out for Levitzacks.

"LevitZacks was looking to upgrade its location and create a more efficient floor plan, all while reducing its real estate costs," said Bernstein. "With the space at 450 B Tower, they have a blank slate where they can create a headquarters that embraces their company culture and fosters collaboration."
