JLL Adds Healthcare Capital Markets Expert in Dallas

Brian Bacharach joins JLL as Executive Vice President

DALLAS, Dec. 5, 2016 – JLL today announced Brian Bacharach has joined the company as an Executive Vice President on the Capital Markets team in the Dallas office. Bacharach will provide healthcare real estate advisory and transaction services across the nation for investor and provider clients, meeting their acquisition, disposition and financing needs. Given the growing demand for healthcare real estate in response to continued increases in healthcare services, the addition of Bacharach expands JLL's commitment to the healthcare sector. Working under the direction of Managing Director Mindy Berman, Bacharach will be joining a market-leading capital markets team specializing in healthcare with annual transaction volume regularly exceeding $1 billion.

"Brian's knowledge of healthcare real estate, including sales, debt placement and leasing fundamentals will be invaluable to our clients."

Bacharach holds 15 years of industry experience and has been directly responsible for the execution of more than 600 transactions. He joins JLL from Lincoln Harris CSG's healthcare group, where he represented healthcare focused investors, hospital systems, national healthcare corporations and physician practice groups during the past 12 years.
