JLL Signs Listing Agreement for Keystone NAP Advanced Data Center in Bucks County, PA

Facility is located within Keystone Opportunity Industrial Zone


Bucks County, PA – November 17, 2017 – Real estate firm JLL has announced a new leasing agreement signed for the Keystone NAP Data Center, which is the first advanced data center in the Northeast. Located at the tax advantaged Keystone Opportunity Industrial Zone (KOIZ) in Bucks County, PA, the 180,000 square foot facility provides diverse, carrier-neutral and redundant dark fiber routes to the major peering points in Boston, New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia, Northern Virginia and Chicago, in addition to the multi-tenant data centers in these regions.
