JLL Secures New Tenant for North Fort Worth Property

RX Innovation, Inc. signs new lease at Mercantile Tech I

DALLAS, November 15, 2016 – JLL today announced the firm successfully negotiated a new 18,634 square foot lease with RX Innovation, Inc. The company will soon be moving into their new office at Mercantile Tech I located at 4220 North Freeway in Fort Worth, Texas.

JLL Executive Vice President Pat McDowell negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord, Cash America Management, Inc. Jason Brecheen with the Swearingen Company represented RX Innovation, Inc.

"RX Innovation was able to secure a new location that reflects their needs in this market," said McDowell. "It delivers a perfect combination of access, nearby amenities, and space that companies are targeting."

The space has immediate access to Interstate 35W, provides ample parking, data center capabilities, and has on on-site fitness room. Mercantile Tech I is located in the North submarket of Fort Worth; five minutes from downtown Fort Worth.
