Jones Lang LaSalle Boosts Commitment to Fairfield County, Westchester County Markets

Robert Ageloff to lead continued expansion in both office markets

STAMFORD, CT, March 10, 2010 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced that Robert Ageloff, international director, and several real estate professionals from its New York office, have joined the company’s Connecticut/Westchester County, N.Y., regional office to continue expanding its presence throughout Connecticut and Westchester County. In addition to Ageloff, Drew Saunders, executive vice president, and Pat Lennon and Ethan Rice, vice presidents, are also relocating.

Ageloff will lead Jones Lang LaSalle’s Connecticut/Westchester County, N.Y., regional office, seeking to increase the company’s penetration across Connecticut and Westchester County by integrating brokerage, project management, facilities management and capital markets services.

“We are excited to bring additional experience and leadership to this key market,” said Peter Riguardi, president of Jones Lang LaSalle’s New York region. “Jones Lang LaSalle views the Fairfield County/Westchester County markets as having great potential for increased business throughout the company’s broad real estate services line.”

Ageloff is an integral part of the company’s leadership and is responsible for managing many of the firm’s significant client relationships. He serves on the firm’s national Leadership Council and the Executive Committee for the New York region. Ageloff joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2008 following its merger with The Staubach Co., where he served as a managing principal. Earlier, he was the founder, executive vice president and manager of Equis Corp.’s New York office.

“This market is ripe for Jones Lang LaSalle’s unique platform and consultative approach,” said Ageloff. “Major corporations and local businesses want a sophisticated advocate to represent them not only throughout Westchester and Fairfield counties, but also nationally and globally.”

Saunders provides strategic planning support, account set-up, and transaction and execution skills. He assists Jones Lang LaSalle’s corporate clients meet portfolio and transaction-specific performance targets to align real estate with their core business objectives. Saunders served as a senior managing director with Staubach prior to its merger with Jones Lang LaSalle. Earlier, he worked with Equis Corp. in both Tampa, Fla., and New York.

Lennon’s primary responsibilities include transactional support and market research for key local and national clients, and new business development. He previously served as a vice president with Staubach’s Corporate Services Group. Earlier, Lennon was associate at The Kaufman Organization of New York, where he focused primarily on tenant representation.

Rice provides transaction support and market research for clients and generates new business opportunities in the New York market. He specializes in providing real estate services to private equity firms and their portfolio businesses. Rice previously served as a director with Staubach. Earlier, Rice worked as an associate broker for Cushman & Wakefield in Boston, Mass.

In addition, Ageloff recently enhanced the research capability of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Connecticut/Westchester County, N.Y., regional office by hiring Erin Patterson, research analyst. Her primary responsibilities include building a research and analysis platform for both Fairfield and Westchester counties, supporting internal and external clients with quantitative and qualitative market analysis and the composition of monthly and quarterly market reports.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Patterson was an associate at Rosen Consulting Group, and before that, an associate at Cushman & Wakefield. She received a bachelor’s degree art history and history from Binghamton University, and a master’s degree in regional and urban planning from the London School of Economics. Patterson is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York.

Ageloff will report to Jon Meisel, market director for the company’s New Jersey, Long Island, N.Y., and Westchester County/Fairfield County offices.
