JLL Construction Promotes Berman and Murphy

BOSTON, August 29, 2016 — JLL Construction announces that Josh Berman and Greg Murphy have been promoted to Vice President/Project Executive and Construction Manager respectively.

Josh Berman joined JLL in 2013, and has over ten years of experience in the construction industry. Most recently, Josh has managed numerous projects in the Cambridge area including the 160,000-square-foot fit-out for IBM Watson at 399 Binney Street in Cambridge, and buildings across the MIT campus. His new responsibilities will include leading the new building expansion project for EMD Serono's existing research and development complex in Billerica, MA.  Josh will also serve in an executive capacity in the management of the Construction group at JLL.

Greg Murphy joined JLL in 2013. He has been assisting with the construction of IBM Watson. In his new role he will be providing construction management services for a number of projects in New England.

JLL's New England Construction group is now comprised of 25 construction management professionals.
