AmerisourceBergen Announces 300,000 Square Foot Corporate Campus in Carrollton, Texas

Global healthcare company to build new corporate campus at the Offices of Austin Ranch


CARROLLTON, TX, October 19, 2016 – AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group today announced it has completed negotiations for a 300,000 square foot office lease in Carrollton, Texas. The corporate campus will be the largest built-to-suit office campus at the Offices of Austin Ranch and one of the largest employers in the city of Carrollton.

The property will serve as AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group's new regional headquarters.

JLL South Central Region President Jeff Staubach, Managing Director Greg Biggs, Senior Vice President Torrey Littlejohn and Chase Monroe, Market Director for the Carolinas, negotiated the lease on behalf of AmerisourceBergen. Billingsley Senior Vice President Marijke Lantz represented the landlord.

The popularity of Far North Dallas continues to make it one of the most attractive and active markets in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. According to JLL Research, the submarket has 7.3 million square feet of office space currently under construction and 1.7 million completed year to date.
