JLL Bolsters Strategic Advisory and M&A Business

Industry veteran Kevin Stahl joins Capital Markets


​NEW YORK, September 20, 2016– JLL today announced real estate investment banking veteran Kevin Stahl has joined the firm's Capital Markets platform as Managing Director. Based in New York, Stahl will expand JLL's advisory capabilities with a focus on real estate mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategic advisory, recapitalizations, structured portfolio transactions and large private equity raises. Stahl will work with JLL's Capital Markets experts around the country to offer clients strategic advice, capital solutions and transaction execution through a unique combination of corporate finance, capital markets and real estate expertise.

Stahl brings more than 20 years of experience to the firm and previously held roles as Partner and head of the real estate advisory business at Perella Weinberg Partners and Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Real Estate Investment Banking at RBC Capital Markets. He will work within JLL Securities, JLL's registered broker dealer and holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.
