Jones Lang LaSalle Appointed Exclusive Leasing Agent for 66 Town Centre and 15 Commerce Boulevard in Succasunna, N.J.


UCCASUNNA, N.J. February 10, 2009 — Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL), the leading integrated financial and professional services firm specializing in real estate, today announced that its Parsippany office has been retained as the exclusive leasing agent for two first-class buildings in Succasunna, N.J. — 66 Town Centre (66 Sunset Strip) and 15 Commerce Boulevard — which are both encompassed within the Roxbury Mall.
 
These properties are owned by Roxville Associates and managed by Fidelity Management.  66 Town Centre is primarily a medical arts building, including a surgicenter, MRI facilities and numerous medical practices.  15 Commerce Boulevard is an office and professional space to some of the region’s top companies, including Liberty Travel, H&R Block, Stifel Nicolaus & Company, Inc., and Bank of America.
 
Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President Ken Flynn and Leasing Associate Derek DeMartino are leading the assignment. Currently, 66 Town Centre and 15 Commerce Boulevard are over 80 percent leased with a strong and diverse tenant base.
 
Leasing opportunities for new tenants exceed 14,000 square feet in numerous suites with attractive existing conditions in flexible sizes, from 1,700 square feet to over 5,000 square feet.
