250 E. Wisconsin Ave. Lobby Renovations Underway

Comprehensive building modernization begins with lobby renovations at Two-Fifty


MILWAUKEE, August, 18, 2016 – Lobby renovations at 250 E. Wisconsin Avenue begin this week. The 20-story, 200,000 square-foot office building located in downtown Milwaukee was acquired in August 2015 by Chicago-based Fulcrum Asset Advisors and Millbrook Properties. Built in 1973, the office building was last renovated in 1991. Two-Fifty's lobby construction is just the beginning of a highly anticipated building modernization.

The newly renovated lobby will have a modern and welcoming feel, featuring terrazzo flooring, surface glass tiling and contemporary lighting. There will be building displays integrated into glass wall panel systems and a seating area overlooking Wisconsin Avenue. Exterior updates will include the addition of an LED-backlit canopy and enhanced lighting.  

"This renovation is one of several capital improvements that will make Two-Fifty an attractive option for companies seeking modern amenities, high-quality office space and exceptional views of Lake Michigan," said Regina Levchets, Associate Broker at JLL, which represents ownership in leasing the building.

Additions to Two-Fifty's existing amenities will include a Wi-Fi tenant lounge with collaborative spaces, vending and mediascape, as well as updated fitness center and shower facilities. For those who prefer to bike to the office, a bike room will also be added to the building. Ownership is also undertaking a comprehensive elevator modernization featuring stainless steel panel cab interiors and upgrading lighting in the attached parking garage to ensure a clean and safe environment for all parkers.  

Two-Fifty is located on the northwest corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Broadway, in the heart of the financial district. The building is also connected to Milwaukee's sky-walk system and sits along the planned Streetcar route.
