JLL Secures Two New, Long-Term Office Tenants at Liberty Center

RE/MAX and Dentistry Evolved, LLC, Choose the Offices at Liberty Center

CINCINNATI, July 11, 2016 – JLL is pleased to announce that two new tenants committed to long-term leases at Liberty Center, the premier multi-use retail center featuring residential living as well as Class A office space. Dr. Erik Snell of Dentistry Evolved, LLC signed a lease for 2,798 square feet, and RE/MAX Victory, a real estate brokerage that covers the Southwestern region of Ohio including the Dayton and Cincinnati markets, also signed a lease for 5,083 square feet—both on the third floor of the office building located at 7570 Bales Street.

With two more tenants and Northwestern Mutual, which moved in earlier this year, The Offices at Liberty Center are now 41% occupied. The first floor is 100% leased, including tenants like Victoria's Secret, Jake's Toggery, The Limited, Pink and Lane Bryant. Conveniently located off Interstate 75 between Cincinnati and Dayton, tenants have quick access to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and Dayton International Airport.

Todd Pease, Vice President in JLL's Cincinnati office, represents The Offices at Liberty Center for leasing the office building, along with JLL Executive Vice President, Rusty Myers, and Daimler Senior Vice President, Greg Weber, whose company developed the office building.

"The desire for a mixed-use environment continues to grow, so these new leases are a great opportunity for businesses to work and develop unique retail environments," said Pease. "Activity and interest level for Liberty Center continues to be strong. In fact, we have additional leases in the works now."

RE/MAX and Dentistry Evolved selected the offices at Liberty Center for the flexibility to build out modern office spaces accessible to both employees and clients. RE/MAX is in the early stages of constructing a creative event area with an open lounge to host client and employee receptions.  

"Our new space at Liberty Center, currently underway, will feature cutting edge workplace design," said Tyler Morton, Owner of RE/MAX Victory. "Liberty Center allowed flexibility to make the space our own, while also located in a spot that's attractive to prospective agents and clients."

Dr. Snell also chose Liberty Center over more traditional locations, largely for the advantages of a mixed-use environment. What's more, other mixed-use Steiner-led projects like the Greene in Dayton and Easton in Columbus have proven to be successful for businesses of all kinds; both traditional and medical-related.

"Being integrated with other community retailers and offices gives our practice great exposure to prospective patients and is convenient for our existing clients," said Dr. Snell.
