JLL Achieves ‘Super Star’ Status on IAOP’s Latest Global Outsourcing 100 List

Company earns highest possible rating and Sustained Excellence distinction

CHICAGO, IL, April 18, 2016 - After earning the highest possible ranking in each of the judging categories, JLL (NYSE:JLL) secured a spot as a 'Super Star,' the upper echelon of the 2016 Global Outsourcing 100® list. This annual listing, which is published by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals® (IAOP®), recognizes the world's best outsourcing service providers across all industries. JLL's inclusion on the list for the eighth consecutive year also earned special Sustained Excellence recognition.

JLL was recognized for global excellence in creating value for its clients and continuing to focus on programs that drive innovation and foster corporate social responsibility. The company earned the 'Super Star' designation after receiving a "full-star rating" in the five distinguishing judging categories that companies use when considering potential outsourcing providers. These include customer references, company awards and certifications, programs for innovation, corporate social responsibility, and size and growth.

"This recognition of 'Super Star' status is a reflection of our talented people and their dedication to forming trusted relationships with our clients," said John Forrest, Global & Americas CEO, Corporate Solutions, JLL. "To be included on this prestigious list for eight straight years and to be elevated to 'Super Star' status shows that our consistent approach to creating value through productivity, technology, efficiency and innovation is paying off for us and our clients."

Applicants for the 2016 Global Outsourcing 100 are judged by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and are measured against a rigorous scoring methodology. The Global Outsourcing 100 and its sub-lists are essential references for companies seeking new and expanded relationships with the best companies in the industry. The lists include companies from around the world that provide the full spectrum of outsourcing services — not just information technology and business process outsourcing, but also facility services, real estate and capital asset management, manufacturing and logistics.

"Buyers understand there are hundreds of qualified service providers and advisors out there, but what they really need to understand now is what makes each one exceptional," said IAOP CEO Debi Hamill. "The Global Outsourcing 100 list has done just that. We're proud to recognize JLL for being among the highest-rated companies in each of our five distinguishing judging categories."
