Billingsley Selects JLL to Lease One Arts Plaza

DALLAS, March 1, 2016 – On behalf of Billingsley Company, JLL today announced the firm has been selected to lease One Arts Plaza, located at 1722 Routh Street in Dallas, Texas. The property currently has 102,724 square feet of office space available on the seventh, eighth and ninth floors.  The space was previously occupied by 7-Eleven, a new tenant at Billingsley’s Cypress Water’s development.

JLL Executive Vice President James Esquivel, Vice President Blake Shipley, and Associate Ahnie Gampper will lead the leasing and marketing efforts.
