CHICAGO, March 9, 2016 – JLL (NYSE:JLL) announced today that it has added Roger Herritz as a Senior Vice President and National Healthcare Practice Lead within its Project and Development Services (PDS) business. In this newly created role, Herritz will focus on supporting healthcare organizations through the execution of capital expense programs, development of new medical facilities, and redevelopment or expansion of existing facilities.
“With so many healthcare organizations now evaluating their need to replace or redevelop aging facilities, there is a lot of opportunity to help them along the way,” said Todd Burns, President of PDS, Americas, JLL. “Roger has the right mix of knowledge and hands-on experience to lead our team that helps clients navigate these complex projects.”

Herritz has more than 30 years of project development and management experience, specializing in healthcare real estate for the last 17 years. Most recently, he served as National Director of Healthcare Business Planning at AEI. Previously, Herritz held a variety of roles during a 16-year tenure at Erdman Company, including Regional President. Earlier in this career, Herritz led National Accounts at URS (now AECOM) and West Coast Operations at RMT (now TRC Companies).

Herritz, a Professional Engineer, earned a Bachelor’s of Science in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. He maintains Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) certification through the U.S. Green Building Council as well as Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification (EDAC) through The Center for Health Design. He is also a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE).
