Caleb Lewis Joins JLL as Vice President in Tampa

TAMPA, January 15, 2016 – JLL (NYSE: JLL) announces the addition of Caleb Lewis as Vice President joining the firm's Tampa office. In his role, Mr. Lewis will work closely with JLL’s Tampa leadership to grow the firm’s market share in Tampa Bay and further strengthen the firm’s tenant representation services.

“Caleb represents a significant addition to our JLL Tampa team and we are confident that his dedication to client advocacy and business development will help further enhance our tenant representation services in Tampa,” said JLL Senior Vice President Brent Miller. “His shared vision for providing superior client service and market knowledge is a perfect fit for us. He also exemplifies our core values of integrity, trust and excellence that guide our firm’s culture.”

With over 11 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Lewis brings extensive expertise and value to his role and has represented clients in the leasing and purchase of 2.4 million square feet of office space. Mr. Lewis’ addition to the Tampa office comes on the heels of JLL’s recent acquisition of Cresa’s South Florida offices. Previously, he served as the sole Principal of the Cresa Tampa Bay office, where he specialized in tenant representation and diligently advocated for his clients, creating and implementing real estate strategies to meet their business needs. Prior to his role at Cresa, he worked for 10 years at Bishop & Associates, a boutique commercial real estate firm based in Tampa, where he represented tenants as well as gained experience in landlord representation.

“I made the decision to join JLL because I believe this is the right move for my clients and the next phase of my career.  My relationships with the Tampa office leadership team and JLL’s statewide leadership were also important factors,” Mr. Lewis said. “JLL is recognized as the gold standard in our industry and this move will enable me to continue to meet the increasingly complex needs of my clients, help them make better real estate decisions and achieve more value aligned with their business goals.”

Mr. Lewis earned his bachelors of science degree from Greensboro College in North Carolina. He is a member of the trade organization NAIOP and is also affiliated with the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Tampa and The University Club.

Across Florida, JLL has approximately 650 employees providing real estate expertise in all major markets, including Tampa, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Orlando and Jacksonville. The company provides a broad platform of specialized real estate services, including leasing, both tenant and landlord representation, property management, project and development services and investment sales.
