JLL Expands New York Retail Services

Retail brokers Erin Grace, Matt Ogle, Corey Zolcinski join JLL


NEW YORK, December 18, 2015 — JLL recently hired Erin Grace, Matt Ogle and Corey Zolcinski to expand its retail services in New York. The new team members are part of JLL’s strategic growth plan for its local and national retail brokerage business.

Their knowledge will be crucial to the continued success of our firm’s retail expansion and our clients businesses.”

Erin Grace, 43, joined JLL as a managing director. She has more than 14 years of experience in retail real estate, with expertise in agency leasing, tenant representation, site selection, urban and suburban project leasing, and investment sales. Previously, Erin Grace served as a senior vice president and market leader of SRS Real Estate Partners’ New York office. She played an integral role in creating a strategy for multiple retailers in the New York market, and has successfully facilitated the sale of dozens of commercial buildings and shopping centers.

Erin Grace earned a bachelor’s degree from American University and a master’s degree from Tulane University. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a member of the board for the New York chapter of the CCIM Institute. Grace is a licensed real estate salesperson in the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

Matt Ogle, 33, joined JLL as an executive vice president. He has more than 10 years of experience in retail real estate, focusing on identifying opportunities and creating strategic, innovative solutions for clients to help achieve their goals. Previously, he served as a vice president with SRS Real Estate Partners, working with a wide range of building owners on high-profile urban leasing assignments. Ogle helped transform the retail landscape of Bryant Park in Manhattan where he brought Tourneau, Whole Foods Market, Equinox, Asics, Citibank, SoulCycle and Blink Fitness flagships to the neighborhood. He was a member of the team that won REBNY’s Most Significant Retail Deal of the Year Award this year for their efforts in creating a new retail district in Bryant Park.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University, and is a member of the DePauw University Management Fellows Program. Ogle is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York’s Retail Committee and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York.
Corey Zolcinski, 39, joined JLL as an executive vice president. He has more than 15 years of experience in retail real estate, concentrating on tenant representation, retail leasing and property disposition. Previously, Zolcinski served as a vice president with SRS Real Estate Partners, where he was involved in numerous large-scale retail leasing transactions on behalf of clients throughout the New York metropolitan and Northeast regions.

Zolcinski was a member of the team that won REBNY’s Most Significant Retail Deal of the Year Award this year for their efforts in creating a new retail district in Bryant Park.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant and travel administration from the University of Massachusetts. Zolcinski is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York.
