JLL Bolsters Cleveland Property Management Team Alongside Rapid Market Growth

SuEllen Matousek promoted, Vicki Neece added as Property Administrator

CLEVELAND, Nov. 9, 2015 – JLL’s property management team in Cleveland is pleased to announce that SuEllen Matousek has been promoted, effective immediately, to Assistant General Manager. Following Matousek’s promotion, the team also added Vicki Neece as Property Administrator. JLL is proactively developing its local presence to accommodate rapid growth of the Cleveland property management portfolio, under the leadership of JLL Vice President, Tom Hobbs.

Previously in the role of Tenant Services Coordinator, Matousek has been with the firm for more than three years and in the industry for more than 15 years. As Assistant General Manager, she’ll take the lead on financial aspects of property management. Neece, who comes to JLL with more than 10 years at Building Owners and Management Association (BOMA) Greater Cleveland, will assume Matousek’s previous role.

With Matousek and Neece handling day-to-day operations, Hobbs will expand his focus on the strategic growth of JLL’s property management team, as well as its role in the continued evolution of the local market.

“In just three years, we’ve built a credible, best-in-class property management machine in a market poised for growth in 2016,” said Hobbs. “Congratulations, SuEllen, and welcome to the team, Vicki! I look forward to seeing the impact my team can make here in Cleveland.”

“It’s exciting to see the JLL Cleveland team growing,” said Matousek. “With extraordinary resources, culture and people, JLL retains and attracts some of the best talent in the industry.”
