Hologic, Inc. Selects JLL as Sub-Leasing Agent for 35 Crosby Drive in Bedford, MA

207,000 SF of availability at former executive office, manufacturing and R&D space

BOSTON, AUG 17, 2015 – JLL announced today that it has been selected by Hologic, Inc. as the exclusive sub-leasing agent for 35 Crosby Drive, a 207,000 SF office building in Bedford, Massachusetts. The owner of 35 Crosby is W. P. Carey Inc.

Located in the heart of the Route 128 Tech Corridor, with visibility from Route 3 and access at Exit 26, 35 Crosby Drive offers tremendous accessibility to Massachusetts’ major highways and surrounding retail destinations. Formerly used as Hologic’ s executive office, manufacturing and R&D space, the building is a modern facility that can accommodate a variety of uses for today’s evolving tenant base, whether it be a new corporate headquarters or a multi tenanted office building with common amenities.

JLL will work closely with Hologic, Inc. to sublet the three-story office building to tenants looking for a state-of-the-art space with convenient on/off highway access and a vibrant corporate, retail and residential environment on a long-term basis.
