Jones Lang LaSalle Bolsters Capital Markets Roster with Hiring of National Industrial Expert

John Huguenard to steer national industrial investment sales practice

CHICAGO, JAN. 8, 2010 — In response to growing demand for industrial capital markets services across the country, Jones Lang LaSalle announces that it has bolstered its capital markets practice with the hiring of a proven national industrial leader.  John Huguenard, a 25-year industry veteran, has joined the firm as managing director and will help steer its national industrial investment sales practice.
Huguenard will leverage his broad industrial experience to aggressively grow the firm’s industrial capital markets presence throughout the Midwest.  Along with other key members of the firm’s capital markets leadership team, Huguenard will help develop the firm’s industrial capital markets platform throughout the Americas.  John will be based out of Jones Lang LaSalle’s headquarters in Chicago.

For the last two years, Huguenard has earned national recognition as one of the nation’s top Commercial Brokers according to Real Estate Forum. Since 1994, he has sold more than 102 million square feet of industrial and office investment real estate totalling more than $3.2 billion. He is a graduate of Indiana University where he earned his bachelor’s of science degree.  He is also earned the professional designations of Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
