Well Leased Office and Showroom Building Leased to Stable, Growing Companies
INDIANAPOLIS, June 8, 2015 — JLL represented Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. in the disposition of a 97,323-square-foot office and showroom building at 4400 West 96th St. in Carmel, IN, in the Indianapolis market.
JLL’s Rebecca Wells, Executive Vice President, and Jim Postweiler, Managing Director in the Chicago office, represented Equus, working with JLL Leasing Agents Jake Sturman and Adam Broderick, both executive vice presidents.
The two-story building is leased to two tenants. The office portion is occupied by Bell Techlogix, a fast-growing technology firm. The company plans a significant expansion of its operations and workforce and is committed to the area. The showroom portion of the building is leased by Gateway Classic Cars, one of the largest classic car dealerships in the world.
The building was sold to Performance Services Real Estate, which was represented by Ron Foster of Reliant Partners Commercial Realty. The financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
