JLL Tapped to Lease One Park Place in Boca Raton

Class A office building offers tenants renovated outdoor patio area, five-story covered parking and office spaces with wrap-around balconies. 


BOCA RATON, May, 22 2015 – JLL announces its appointment to lead the marketing and leasing efforts at One Park Place located at 621 NW 53rd St. in Boca Raton, Florida. The seven-story office building is centrally located at Yamato Road and Interstate 95. 

JLL’s Senior Vice President and Leasing Director Alice Lucia and Brady Titcomb, Vice President and Associate Director of Brokerage, will oversee the leasing on behalf of the building’s ownership, Canpro Investments, Ltd. With this latest new assignment, JLL continues to grow its office leasing brokerage portfolio across the South Florida market.
