JLL’s Boston Project Management Group Continues Growth with Three New Hires

BOSTON, MA, 17 March 2015 – JLL’s Boston Project and Development Services (PDS) group continues to grow with the addition of three new hires. 

Carolyn Cerminara-Kelly has joined JLL as a Project Manager. She has broad experience in all aspects of project management, with a focus on residential, hotel and commercial interiors. Prior to joining JLL, she worked on a variety of projects as a Project Manager and Interior Designer with CP and Associates in New York City, originating and managing design work through construction completion, and acting as project lead on multi-discipline teams. Carolyn graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia with a degree in Interior Design.

Jacqui Connors has joined JLL from Vocon Design and Architecture in Cleveland, OH, where she was a Project Designer. Prior to Vocon, she worked at Structure Tone as an Assistant Project Manager and Superintendent, and at Shawmut Design and Construction as an Assistant Estimator. Jacqui is a proven project manager with a unique blend of experience in construction, client management and design. She has established a track record of effectiveness in demanding client environments through working on a range of projects, from large corporate build-outs to branch office construction and upgrades. Jacqui graduated from George Washington University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design.

Nana Adu-Kofi joined JLL as an Associate Project Manager. In this role he will support the project management team by assisting with program development, project scheduling, budget management, cost forecasting, and move management. Nana graduated from Connecticut College, New London, CT with a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies.

With the addition of Carolyn, Jacqui, and Nana, the Boston PDS group is now comprised of 40 project and development management professionals.
