Jones Lang LaSalle Selected to Lease and Manage Chase Tower in Indianapolis

Veteran John Robinson to lead leasing efforts


INDIANAPOLIS, December 1, 2009 — Jones Lang LaSalle today announced that it has been named as the exclusive leasing and managing agent for Chase Tower in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The 1.1 million-square-foot office building is owned by Macquarie Office Trust.
 
Jones Lang LaSalle’s leasing team will be led by Executive Vice President John Robinson and Vice President Adam Broderick.  Jeff Reynolds who has managed Chase Tower for six years will join Jones Lang LaSalle and remain as the General Manager.  The tower is currently 99 percent leased.  The leasing and management team will be focused on retaining the building’s current tenant base and securing new quality tenants.

Located at 111 Monument Circle in Indianapolis’s CBD, Chase Tower is the crown jewel of Indianapolis.  Standing 48-stories high, the asset is comprised of two buildings – Chase Tower and the Circle building – and is home to many Fortune 500 companies.  The complex boasts world-class amenities including 24-hour manned security, conference and catering facilities, state-of-the-art technology and many onsite conveniences such as dry cleaning, banking, dining and a fitness facility.
 
Jeff Reynolds has been the manager of Chase tower since 2004.  Prior to his tenure at Chase Tower, Reynolds was a property manager with Hines, and an operations manager with Mansur Group, Inc.  He is currently involved in the Building, Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).  He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Butler University in Indianapolis.
 
Jones Lang LaSalle marked its expansion in Indianapolis by opening a new, full-service office in December 2008.  Executive Vice President John Robinson and Executive Vice President Dan O’Neil co-manage the operation.  The company houses 15 professionals in its office which is located at 8900 Keystone Crossing in Indianapolis and employs an additional 150 employees in Central Indiana who are located on-site with several corporate clients.  To accommodate its growth, Jones Lang LaSalle will be opening a new downtown Indianapolis office in Chase Tower.
