ST. LOUIS, November 30, 2009 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced that IMPACT Group, a WBE-global career management firm specializing in career and relocation transition support services, renewed and expanded its lease at Chapel Hill II, 12977 North Outer Forty Drive in St. Louis, for a total of 15,642 square feet.  A tenant in the building since 2000, IMPACT’s new lease adds 677 square feet to its previous occupancy.
Jones Lang LaSalle’s Lynn Schenck, Executive Vice President, and David Steinbach, Vice President, represented IMPACT during lease negotiations.  Sharon Botkin of Scott Properties represented building ownership.
“We worked very hard on behalf of our client to secure the best lease terms for their growing needs,” explained Schenck.  “In addition to coordinating swing space allowing for limited workflow interruption, we successfully negotiated three months free rent for IMPACT.”
