Jones Lang LaSalle Adds Seasoned Capital Markets Expert in Seattle

Jim Footh joins as Senior Vice President


SEATTLE, DEC 1, 2009 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced that 20-year capital markets specialist Jim Footh joined the Corporate Capital Markets team in Seattle as a Senior Vice President.  In his new position, Mr. Footh will leverage his extensive knowledge of corporate, investor and lender needs and strategies to execute transactions for the firm’s clients.  He will partner with Managing Director Gary Danklefsen to bolster the firm’s Corporate Capital Markets presence along the West Coast.

During the past decade, Footh held senior positions with both national and international experience at a national brokerage firm, including three years stationed in the United Kingdom and France.  Prior to that, he worked with both multifamily and industrial clients at an international brokerage firm.  He currently serves as President of the Board of the Washington state chapter of CoreNet Global.  He is a graduate of the University of Washington and also holds his CCIM and MCR designations.
