Laclede Group Moving to Bank of America Plaza in St. Louis

JLL Represents Landlord in 35,034 SF Lease at 800 Market Street

ST. LOUIS, MO; AUGUST 22, 2014 – JLL announced the completion of a 35,034-square-foot lease at Bank of America Plaza, 800 Market Street in St. Louis. The Laclede Group, Inc., a public utility holding company, is moving a portion of its business from 720 Olive St. in St. Louis.

The landlord, Positive Investments, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm, was represented by JLL’s David Steinbach, Executive Vice President, and David Biales, Vice President.  Laclede Group was represented by Cresa’s Rick Dames and Steve Schmid.

Bank of America Plaza is a 30-story, Class A office property in the heart of the St. Louis central business district. The 750,000-square-foot building, with its octagonal shaped glass façade, is a prominent part of the St. Louis skyline.
