Tritower Selects JLL as Leasing Agent for Ames Pond Corporate Center in Tewksbury

BOSTON, MA, July 14 2014 – Tritower Financial Group, LLC has retained JLL as the exclusive leasing for Ames Pond Corporate Center, a 153,238-square-foot first class office park in Tewksbury, MA. The unique waterfront business campus, recently purchased by Tritower, is 100% leased.

Ames Pond Corporate Center is located along Route 495 near the I-93 interchange. The two buildings at 100 & 200 Ames Pond Drive are set on Ames Pond. Amenities within the park enhancing the tenant experience include mature woodlands, jogging trails, men’s and women’s lockers with showers, and food service operated by Corporate Chefs. Some of the current tenants are: Covenant Health, CompuCom, Time Trade Systems, WellPet, and X-Rite.
