Terri Harrington and Antony Gross Join Jones Lang LaSalle as Senior Vice Presidents in Baltimore

JLL continues focus on market growth in greater Baltimore region

BALTIMORE, Feb. 19, 2014 – As further evidence of the firm’s continued focus on growth in the Baltimore market, Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE:JLL) announced today that Terri Harrington and Antony M. Gross have joined the firm as Senior Vice Presidents and will co-lead the agency leasing group in the greater Baltimore region.

Terri Harrington has been practicing commercial real estate in greater Baltimore since 1993. An expert in Baltimore’s CBD, Harrington has negotiated hundreds of leases and currently represents close to 2.5 million square feet of office product throughout Baltimore.  She is also an active civic leader and has long-standing involvement with various economic development agencies in the city of Baltimore. 

Prior to launching her brokerage career in 1999, Harrington served in various leadership roles with The Rouse Company in Columbia, Maryland. Harrington was most recently a Vice President at MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University in Baltimore.

Antony Gross brings more than 15 years of real estate experience to Jones Lang LaSalle's Baltimore agency leasing practice.  Gross has negotiated more than 200 leases totaling over five million square feet of space and currently represents close to 2.5 million square feet of office product throughout Baltimore. He also joins Jones Lang LaSalle from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, where he served as a Vice President.

A graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, Gross is a candidate for the prestigious CCIM designation.  Gross, an avid supporter of business in Baltimore, has been the recipient of numerous congressional, gubernatorial and mayoral awards for his dedication to promoting Baltimore's business community.
