Teriyaki Madness Enters the Texas Market with Exclusive Support from JLL

AUSTIN, June 23, 2014 – Teriyaki Madness, a Las-Vegas based restaurant concept, will open its first franchise in Texas next to TacoDeli in Centennial Center on Burnet Road. 

“Teriyaki Madness specializes in chef-inspired custom crafted rice bowls and plates, with an addicting homemade secret sauce. It's for adults or kids looking for a fresh and healthy meal, families who enjoy large portions and those who lead an active lifestyle seeking lean meal choices.” Said the owner, Martin Rodriquez.

JLL’s Vice President Jon Switzer negotiated the 2,184-square-foot retail lease on behalf of Teriyaki Madness.
