Jones Lang LaSalle to Market Property For Sale in Greenville, SC

Charlotte team named exclusive marketing agent for 131,950 SF Industrial Facility


CHARLOTTE, October 22, 2009 — Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed to market a 131,950- square-foot manufacturing facility for sale at 145 Southchase Boulevard in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. Jones Lang LaSalle represents the owner, a subsidiary of BIC Corporation.
