Schlage Lock Renews and Expands on Northeast Side of Indianapolis

JLL Represents Landlord of 446,000 SF Mixed-Use Park

INDIANAPOLIS, April 2, 2014 — Schlage Lock Company Inc., has expanded by 3,084 square feet and renewed its existing lease at the Hillsdale Business Park on the northeast side of Indianapolis, bringing its total square footage to 32,349 square feet, announced JLL.

Jack Hogan, Senior Vice President at JLL (formerly Jones Lang LaSalle), along with JLL Senior Associates Kevin Gillihan and Brian Bushchuk, represented the landlord, Hillsdale Property Owner, LLC, in this lease transaction. Schlage Lock represented itself.

The Hillsdale Business Park is a 446,000-square-foot mixed-use development featuring office, medical office, flex and warehouse space in six separate buildings at 7700 North Shadeland Avenue. The park provides access to both I-69 and I-465 near I-70 and I-74. Amenities such as restaurants, banks, child care and the Castleton Square Regional Mall are all within a five minute drive of the park.
