JLL Names Peter Stankiewicz to Lead JLL Construction in New England, Hires Matthew Cataldo as Business Development Director for Group


BOSTON, MA, 24 March 2014 – As part of the firm’s continued commitment to build a leading Construction group with expanded services throughout Greater Boston, JLL announces that industry veteran Peter Stankiewicz has been named to lead JLL Construction in New England, was appointed Managing Director, and Matthew Cataldo has been hired as the Business Development Director for JLL Construction. Stankiewicz has been with JLL for 30 years. Cataldo joins the firm from Cranshaw Construction.

Stankiewicz has been the lead executive on many of JLL Construction’s large-scale assignments: a major addition for Hologic in Newark, DE; complete construction renovations of Entegris’ state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bedford, MA; a new clinical lab for Boston Medical Center at BioSquare Boston; the renovation of Lockheed Martin’s ATC Nanosystems research and development facility; and several projects for Tufts University in Medford and Boston, MA.

Cataldo brings 19 years of experience in the construction and food service industries. He was Director of Business Development with Cranshaw. While there, Matthew managed sales and marketing for the firm, developing new business in the institutional and commercial markets for clients including Hallmark Health, Emerson Hospital, Partners Healthcare, Pembroke Real Estate, and TD Bank. He also held positions with Admiral Construction, Suffolk Construction, and Macomber Builders.
