Jones Lang LaSalle Completes 20,000-SF Office Lease in St. Louis

Netelligent Expanding from 8,500-SF, Moving to Chesterfield Ridge Center

ST. LOUIS, MO., January 8, 2013 — Netelligent, a leading technology solutions provider and Cisco partner, is nearly tripling its size and expanding into 20,000-square-feet of space at Chesterfield Ridge Center, 16401 Swingley Ridge Rd. in St. Louis.
Matt Aljets of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.

Netelligent is moving from a 8,500-square-foot space  at  400 South Woods Mill Road in Chesterfield, MO. The company, lead by Aaron Stone, President & CEO and Rick Chapman, CTO & VP of Product Development, has seen tremendous growth in recent years and was recognized by Inc. 5000 in 2012 as one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies.

The move, planned for April, will provide the growing company with higher visibility and a chance to customize their space to further define their culture. The company will be identified with building mounted signage that offers strong visibility along the busy Highway 40 corridor.  The firm also will have exclusive access to an in-building fitness center and other on-site amenities.

Jamie Marx and Steve Sachs represented Sachs Properties, which owns, leases and manages the building.

The property is a seven story, Class A, steel and brick building with 154,000 square feet. The building has on-site food service and covered parking. The transaction brings the building to 99 percent occupancy.

Alan Nehring of Nehring Design was brought onto the team by JLL to assist with space planning and architectural services.
