One Fund Boston Comes to 18 Tremont Street Boston

​BOSTON, February 12, 2014 — The One Fund Boston, which has now collected $73 million for the victims of the Boston Marathon attacks, has moved into 5,072 square feet of office space at 18 Tremont Street in Boston. The third floor space, donated by an affiliate of building owner Equus Capital Partners, Ltd., is serving as the nonprofit group’s fundraising and administrative headquarters.

Jones Lang LaSalle Managing Director Ben Heller, Vice President Patrick Nugent, and Assistant Vice President Kelly Lockberg represented the landlord. Garrett Larivee, Vice President of McCall & Almy, represented One Fund.

“From its formation, One Fund Boston has been overwhelmed by the generous support of the Boston business community in helping the survivors and their families in any way possible,” said One Fund Treasurer Mike Sheehan. “We are exceptionally thankful to Equus Partners and McCall & Almy for reaching out to us and offering us this wonderful location as a new headquarters.”

A classic yet contemporary office building, 18 Tremont Street has a distinctive canopy entrance and renovated lobby. A common conference center off the main lobby includes seating for up to 20 people. The building also features men’s and women’s locker rooms, bicycle racks, on-site property management and engineers.
