Jones Lang LaSalle Completes Exxon Mobil Corp.’s 480,000-Square-Foot Office Lease in the Woodlands Houston

HOUSTON, December 12, 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle announces the completion of an office lease for ExxonMobil Corporation totaling 480,000-square-feet in The Hughes Landing Development in the Woodlands, Texas.

The lease is part of a two-building development being built by The Howard Hughes Corporation with ExxonMobil occupying all of one tower and approximately 50% of the second tower.
Executive Vice President and International Director Ronnie Deyo, Executive Vice President Garrold Parratt, and Vice President Beau Bellow of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Houston brokerage team represented ExxonMobil Corporation. Paul Layne and Alex Sutton represented The Howard Hughes Corporation.
