Jones Lang LaSalle Brings Constellium, Sixpoint Partners to 830 Third Avenue

Firm completes two transactions, totaling nearly 10,000 SF; boutique office building now 90% leased

NEW YORK, January 27, 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle has completed two new, direct transactions, totaling nearly 10,000 square feet of commercial office space, for AEW Capital Management LP (AEW) at 830 Third Avenue. Constellium leased 3,647 square feet and Sixpoint Partners LLC signed for 5,980 square feet at the Class A, 161,991-square-foot commercial office building.

Building owner AEW Capital Management was represented in both transactions by Douglas Neye and Randy Abend, senior vice presidents, both with JLL. Constellium was represented by Adam Haber, vice president, also with JLL. Sixpoint Partners was represented by Robert Eisenberg, senior managing director, and Jordan Brustein, associate, with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

"These two deals bring 830 Third Avenue to more than 90 percent leased,” said Neye. “This is one of a handful of boutique office properties on Third Avenue, and we’ve had great success in attracting top-notch space users through our pre-build program. Over the past three years, 830 Third Avenue’s tenant roster has been enhanced with a variety of high-end financial firms and corporate users.”

Constellium inked a five-year lease for 3,647 square feet and will occupy a portion of the ninth floor at 830 Third Avenue, The Paris-based global leader in the design and manufacture of aluminum is opening its first New York office at the building.
Sixpoint Partners completed a five-year lease for 5,980 square feet and will occupy a portion of the eighth floor at the building, which is located between East 50th and East 51st streets. The boutique investment bank is relocating to 830 Third Avenue from its previous offices at 909 Third Avenue.
