Marketing/communications firm signs 10-year lease in Historic Third Ward

MILWAUKEE, Sept. 30, 2013 — The locally-based brand strategy and integrated marketing/communications firm THIEL Design has signed a long-term lease to keep its main offices in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward.

The company’s lease is for 5,699 square feet in the P.H. Dye House building, 320 E. Buffalo Street. The firm is moving from a smaller space at the nearby 325 E. Chicago building in order to accommodate the firm’s continued growth.

David Pudlosky, Vice President with the commercial real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle, negotiated the lease on THIEL’s behalf. Ogden & Co., Inc., represented the landlord.
