IT consulting firm renews, expands office lease in Brookfield

MILWAUKEE, Aug. 15, 2013 — The locally-based IT consulting firm Paragon Development Systems (PDS) is renewing and expanding its office lease in Brookfield, the company has announced.

PDS is renewing its lease and moving across the main lobby to their new 13,400 square foot suite at The Gateway at Bishop’s Woods office complex, 13400 Bishop’s Lane.  The expansion will allow PDS to grow within their existing facility, resulting in minimal downtime for the growing company.

Jones Lang LaSalle’s Dan Jessup and Michael Streit negotiated the lease on PDS’s behalf with Rachel Schmidt of NAI MLG representing building ownership.

Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Oconomowoc, PDS is a privately held firm with more than 300 employees and offices throughout the Upper Midwest. The company partners with medium to large enterprise organizations in healthcare, corporate and government/education industries to provide strategic value and advanced technology solutions.
