CHICAGO, Jan. 18, 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle announced today that Trevor Ragsdale has been named as the head of the firm’s Chicago Industrial Brokerage group, a newly created role that will focus on expanding the firm’s market share in one of the world’s largest industrial real estate markets.
Mr. Ragsdale, 34, has been one of Jones Lang LaSalle’s most well-respected industrial brokers since joining the firm in 2001. Since then, he has implemented more than 190 projects around the globe totaling more than 33 million square feet and valued in excess of $1.5 billion.
“This new ‘player/coach’ role will provide Trevor with an opportunity to become intimately involved with the overall strategic direction of our business while also tapping into his ample leadership abilities,” said Dan Ryan, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle’s Midwest Region. “We see a virtually limitless potential for growth in our Chicago Industrial business and are happy to have a person of Trevor’s caliber focused on that opportunity.”
Keith Stauber will continue in his role as leader of the firm’s Midwest Industrial Brokerage group, which also includes offices in St. Louis, Indianapolis, Minneapolis and Milwaukee in addition to Chicago.
