Brookwood Appoints Jones Lang LaSalle at Leasing Agent for Vantage Place at 9 Industrial Road Milford, MA

BOSTON, January 15, 2014 – Brookwood Financial Partners, LLC (“Brookwood”), a leading real estate investment and asset management company, has named Jones Lang LaSalle leasing agent at Vantage Place located at 9 Industrial Road in Milford, MA. The quality 90,000-square-foot first class office and medical office building is located directly on Route 495.

Built in 2000, the contemporary, high profile two-story property is near Routes 16, 109 and 85 with easy access to the Mass Pike and Route 95. It features an energy efficient EIFS exterior façade, aluminum strip windows, and two tailboard loading docks.
