Jones Lang LaSalle Expands Retail Leasing Capabilities in the Midwest

Chicago leasing expert, Peter Caruso, joins the firm as the Midwest Retail Agency Leasing Lead

CHICAGO, Dec. 2, 2013 — As the retail sector continues to improve throughout the Midwest, Jones Lang LaSalle Retail today announced the addition of Peter Caruso to its retail brokerage team. Caruso will serve as the Retail Agency Leasing Lead for the Midwest Market, based out of the firm’s Chicago headquarters. He will partner with Larry Kilduff, the Midwest Retail Market Lead to service retail owners by providing them a full spectrum of lease and sublease services.

“As we advance our retail practice throughout the region, Peter’s strong background in leasing and tenant representation, and depth of local market experience will be a value-add to our clients as we continue to provide them unparalleled service,” said Kilduff. “We look forward to the strength he’ll bring to our brokerage bench here in the Midwest.”

“Peter’s extensive experience in leasing a variety of retail properties will be instrumental in supporting our growing business throughout the Midwest and Chicago. I’m confident that Peter will further expand our platform and be a value-add to our investor clients as we help them realize the full potential of their real estate assets,” said Steve Yenser, National Retail Brokerage Lead for Jones Lang LaSalle.
