Jones Lang LaSalle Negotiates New Office Lease for NC Wesleyan in Durham

RALEIGH, Dec. 11, 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle’s Raleigh-based Tenant Representation group announced today that it has completed an 18,658 square-foot office lease in Durham on behalf of North Carolina Wesleyan College.

NC Wesleyan will vacate its former campus, located in Raleigh-Durham’s Perimeter Park, for its new space at Miami North, 4426 South Miami Boulevard, Durham.  The current layout of the office space will be converted to suit classroom needs.  Matthew Cooke, Senior Vice President of JLL’s Tenant Representation group, represented the tenant throughout the transaction and will sublease its former space.

“Jones Lang LaSalle and specifically Matthew Cooke have been excellent to work with,” said Evan Duff, Vice President of Adult & Professional Studies at NC Wesleyan.  “They exceeded our expectations in representing us.  Our new location will provide much needed visibility to our college so that the working adults in Raleigh-Durham can easily locate us.  We are excited to be moving into a single-story building right on the corner of South Miami Boulevard and Chin Page Road.”
