Jones Lang LaSalle Secures RTP Office Facility for Sequence, Inc.

To accommodate growth for Sequence, Inc., Jones Lang LaSalle negotiated an office facility purchase in Research Triangle Park

RALEIGH, Nov. 25, 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle’s Raleigh-based Tenant Representation group announced today that it has completed a 7,500 square-foot office purchase in RTP for Sequence, Inc., a quality and compliance service provider to drug manufacturers.

Since the purchase of their North Raleigh office in 2005, Sequence has grown its footprint by nearly 70 employees in the Triangle, requiring the firm to expand office space for the growing workforce supporting innovation for the booming life sciences industry.  JLL worked with Sequence to relocate and expand into a 7,500 square-foot office at 2500 Gateway Centre Boulevard in Morrisville.  Ryan Lawrence, Vice President for JLL’s Tenant Representation group, represented the tenant throughout the transaction.  Chris Croissant, JLL Senior Project Manager, will be managing the interior construction for Sequence.

“After an extensive search, Gateway Centre was the clear option for Sequence given its geographic location to their growing number of clients,” Lawrence said.

“JLL was diligent in pursuing the ideal space for Sequence and that’s exactly what we found in Gateway Centre,” said Mike Putnam, President and CEO of Sequence, Inc.  “The plans we have for the facility will enable our firm to provide support for drug and medical device manufacturers worldwide.”
