Jones Lang LaSalle Assists With Sale of 175K SF Property Near Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, Oct. 18, 2013—Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE:JLL) has arranged the sale of First Industrial Commerce Center in Noblesville, IN, just north of Indianapolis. The warehouse and distribution center includes two buildings--9200 E. 146th St., with 151,000 square feet, and 9210 E. 146th Street, with 24,000 square feet. There are three tenants in the buildings.

Brian Seitz, SIOR, Steve Schwegman, SIOR, and Jake Sturman, SIOR, all Senior Vice Presidents with Jones Lang LaSalle, represented building ownership, First Industrial Realty Trust. The properties were sold as an investment sale. The price was not disclosed.
The steel frame building at 9200 E. 146th Street has 24 loading docks and 18-foot ceiling heights; the other building has 8 loading docks and 26-foot ceiling heights. The buildings are located at the corner of 146th St. and Route 37, offering easy access to Interstate 69.
