CHICAGO, Oct. 21, 2013 — Industrial properties continue to enjoy positive net absorption rates and an uptick in construction activity. Responding to the growth experienced by this sector, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Capital Markets today announced the firm has hired Brian Walsh as a Senior Vice President specializing in debt and equity financing for industrial properties. Walsh will work under the direction of Managing Director Dave Hendrickson, partnering with John Huguenard, International Director and leader of Industrial Capital Markets.
