Jones Lang LaSalle and Williams & Williams to Host Live Commercial Real Estate Auction Dec. 2 – 6, 2013

Exclusive event launches series of live global auctions

CHICAGO Oct. 3, 2013 ─  As the first in a series of planned auction events, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and real estate auction and advisory firm Williams & Williams will jointly host a live, global commercial real estate auction event from Monday, December 2 to Friday, December 6, 2013. JLL will source properties for each event by leveraging its extensive global broker and client network, and Williams & Williams will conduct live-on-site auctions, in partnership with its sister company Auction Network®.

Williams & William’s live global auctions enable remote bidders to compete in real time with on-site bidders, expanding the buyer base for featured JLL properties, and competitively increasing the high bids. Williams & Williams is the only major auction company to conduct its live auctions simultaneously at the property and online led by a highly trained, professional auctioneer. The companies’ December auction will feature a broad range of commercial real estate assets valued between $2 million and $20 million situated in a variety of geographical locations.
