Jones Lang LaSalle Selected Leasing Agent for Warren Corporate Center

State-of-the-art, 158,500-SF office building available in five-building, 830,000-SF office complex
in Somerset County

PARSIPPANY, NJ, September 16, 2013 — Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Warren Corporate Center, located on King George Road in Warren, N.J. The five-building commercial office complex comprises 830,000 square feet of trophy office space on 170 acres in Somerset County.

The centerpiece of Warren Corporate Center, 289 King George Road, is available for lease. The four-story building totals 158,500 square feet, offers concurrently maintainable back-up generators in an N+1 configuration; a fully appointed 100-seat, tiered conference and training hall; a full-service cafeteria; a fitness center with locker rooms/showers; and a structured covered parking ratio of 4.1:1000.

The JLL team overseeing the assignment on behalf of Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company includes Dennis McConnell, executive vice president; Jim Medenbach, managing director; and Bob Ryan, senior vice president. The team will work closely with Angela Scodellaro, asset manager, with Northwestern Mutual Real Estate Investments LLC.

Warren Corporate Center, located directly off Interstate I-78 at Exit 36, was constructed in 1997 and upgraded in 2005 by Citicorp. The improvements include an enhanced campus infrastructure with full building backup generators and redundant dedicated HVAC to critical areas. In addition, Warren Corporate Center has received an Energy Star rating by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for the past six years.
