Salt Lake City International Airport Hires Jones Lang LaSalle for Commercial Real Estate Needs

Jones Lang LaSalle to support SLC International Airport’s diverse real estate within the SLC International Center

Salt Lake City, July 24, 2013 – Jones Lang LaSalle has been hired by the Salt Lake City International Airport for commercial real estate services within the Salt Lake International Center. JLL’s Wick Udy will oversee industrial properties while Jim Balderson will handle office properties.

“The airport has a lot of opportunity to optimize its real estate holdings and we plan on leveraging the strength of the Jones Lang LaSalle platform to help them achieve their goals,” Udy says. Udy and Balderson’s first assignment is the leasing of 4855 Wiley Post Way, a 55,000 square foot office/flex building, in Salt Lake City.

Jones Lang LaSalle Salt Lake City opened its office in June 2012 to serve the needs of its growing client base in the market. The firm continues its forward momentum having completed more than 700,000 square feet in transactions in the Salt Lake City region since its official open.
