Jones Lang LaSalle Negotiates 298,948 Square Feet of Office and Industrial Space and 26.92 acres of Land in Dallas-Fort Worth

DALLAS, September 12, 2012Jones Lang LaSalle today announced the completion of seven office and industrial transactions, totaling 298,948 square feet:

The Office Tenant Representation Group completed 20,648 square feet:

  • Pacific Union Financial leased 43,396 square feet of office space at 8900 Freeport in Irving, Texas. Jones Lang LaSalle Managing Director Steve Thelen represented the tenant. Cassidy Turley Executive Managing Director Chris Taylor and Managing Director Rodney Helm represented the landlord, TNI Irving, L.P.
  • Hawkeye Communication renewed and expanded its lease at Quadrangle Office Tower, located at 2828 Routh Street in Dallas, to raise its total lease to 33,000 square feet of space. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Executive Vice President Russell Cosby, Senior Vice President Brooke Armstrong and Associate Rachel Brown represented the tenant. PM Realty Senior Vice President Ben Appleby represented the landlord, Clover Quadrangle Corporation.

The Industrial Group completed 20,648 square feet:

  • Goodman Networks leased 82,390 square feet of warehouse space at 2100 Luna Road in Carrollton, Texas. Jones Lang LaSalle Senior Vice President Michael Swaldi and Managing Director Larry Toon represented the tenant. Billingsley Vice President Carter Crow represented the landlord.
